While fertility is high at the farm, we cannot guarantee hatch rates due to postal handling and incubation variables beyond our control.
Please ensure you have an incubator ready or broody hen before ordering.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds on hatching eggs. This is simply because so many factors are outside our control once the eggs leave us — including postal handling, the incubation set-up being used, and the buyer’s experience with maintaining the correct temperature and humidity.
If you ever have any questions or feel unsure about any part of the hatching process, please do get in touch. I’m always happy to guide you through it and help you achieve the best hatch possible.
