General Shipping Information
- Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48-hour service or an equivalent secure delivery method.
- We always use a tracked service to ensure your order arrives quickly and to provide tracking information in case of postal delays.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the mail carrier will leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from their depot or nearest service point.
- Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we have no control over delivery delays caused by the postal service.
Shipping outside of the UK Mainland is currently unavailable.
Standard Orders Dispatch
- We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 48 hours of receiving payment.
- For large or non-standard orders, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch time if additional preparation is required.
- To reduce shipping costs, orders over 2KG may be split into multiple parcels or shipped via an alternative courier.
