Our Chinese Painted Quail hatching eggs are carefully collected from our own breeding birds and selected for hatching.
Each egg is handled with care and packaged securely before dispatch. As with all hatching eggs, however, fertility and hatch rates cannot be guaranteed because results can be affected by transportation, storage, incubation conditions and the incubator being used.

Chinese Painted Quails are tiny birds, so they require an appropriately sized, secure enclosure with suitable shelter, food, water and protection from predators.
They are often kept for their attractive appearance and fascinating behaviour rather than for egg production. Their small size makes them quite different from Coturnix quails, so please make sure you have researched their care requirements before purchasing hatching eggs.
