When we celebrated 9,000 sales back in October, we wrote that we hoped to reach 10,000 together. We honestly weren't sure how long it would take.

It didn't take long at all.

We are so proud - and genuinely moved - to share that BeeswaxBayFarm has now reached 10,000 sales on Etsy. Ten thousand orders. Ten thousand moments of someone choosing handmade over mass-produced. Ten thousand times a candle, a gift set, a bracelet or a hatching egg left our smallholding in Atherstone, Warwickshire and made its way into someone's home or someone's hands.

Thank you. Truly.

What 10,000 Feels Like From a Smallholding

It doesn't feel like a statistic. It feels like the teacher who received a thank you gift set on the last day of term and sent us a message to say it made her cry. It feels like the parents who hatched quail eggs with their children for the first time and couldn't believe something so small could bring so much joy. It feels like every order we've packed by hand, every candle we've rolled, every personalised note we've printed - because every single one has mattered to us.

Since we first opened our Etsy shop, we have:

  • Hand-poured and rolled thousands of pure beeswax candles using Devon beeswax and natural cotton wicks
  • Built a gift set range trusted for teachers, weddings, corporate gifts and personal milestones
  • Grown from candles into woodcraft, bracelets, quail keeping and hatching eggs
  • Maintained a 4.9 star rating across more than 2,100 reviews
  • Earned and kept our Etsy Star Seller status for five consecutive years

Why Choosing Handmade Matters

In a world where you can order almost anything in two clicks, you chose to wait a little longer for something made with care. That choice supports a real family business, keeps traditional crafts alive, and means every item that arrives on your doorstep has been touched by human hands - not a conveyor belt.

We never take that for granted.

From Our Smallholding to Your Home

If you have ever ordered from us, left a review, recommended us to a friend or simply followed our journey - you are part of this. The number 10,000 belongs to you as much as it belongs to us.

Here's to whatever comes next. We'll make it with the same care we always have.
